A big advantage of the apartment is the ground floor location of the lounge and living areas overlooking the pool, with the two bedrooms being on the first floor. There is a bathroom with WC on each floor.
There are no less than 4 balconies and in total the home will sleep up to 6 persons, consisting of two twin bedrooms and 2 double sofa beds in the lounge.
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave,washing machine and a large fridge freezer.
The garden is attractively landscaped around the pools and entrances.
Perhaps best of all is the location, which although quiet is in the heart of SIDE with both beaches within walking distance and shops, bars, restaurants, etc, a short 5 minute walk. The old town with its famous ruins and harbour is a 15 minute walk.
Book with us and payment is lodged in a secure clients account until the holiday is complete. Only then is it paid over to the owner.
