The delightful Sunset Residence apartment B 1 ticks all the boxes for a great holiday in Side. It is a spacious new ground floor holiday home that is not only ideal for families and individuals wanting to enjoy the benefits of a secure gated community but also be just 300 metres from one of Side’s outstanding beaches.
Within 5 minutes walk there are several popular restaurants, bars and small supermarket.
It takes 20 minutes to walk into the old town but the local Dolmus bus service runs frequently 18 hours a day. Plus in our holiday information pack there are several free pick up services available to our guests.
The full time local manager will attend to every need and provides a full service should you want to hire a car or arrange tours to many of the local sites and attractions.
We provide a comprehensive and personal guide to the area prior to your arrival so that you can begin to enjoy your stay from the moment of arrival.
Apartment details of these larger than normal 115m2 home; 3 bedrooms (two doubles and a twin bedroom), 2 bathrooms, 1 with jacuzzi and the other with a shower cubicle. Sunset Dreams is extremely well appointed with, for example, microwave; tea pots; hoover; and other such small items. In addition, it also has Xbox 360 with games, and Wii with games. The patio looks out to the main community pool and additional childrens smaller pool. This is an elegant, stylish complex with fitness centre, hobby room with darts, billiards and table tennis, a pool bar( not always open ), internet cafe, childrens park and 24 hour security. These are located in a nice residential area of Side with shops and restaurants nearby. Air conditioning and washing machine.
The apartment will sleep up to six, and a cot and high chair can be rented on request.
Prices range from £190 a week low season to £595 at peak times, with reductions for extended stays. Add on your flight cost ( which we can advise on) and your airport transfer fees and for a family of 4 the approximate price for a week at peak season is just £400 per person or around £550 p. p. for a two week stay; fully inclusive.
We (family with 3 children between 4 and 10) had a great holiday in this beautiful and luxury villa. Plenty of room(s), TV, airco, DVD player, internet, fully equipped kitchen and very important: high quality and big beds! A lovely swimming pool directly in front of our villa. Sandy beaches as we have not before found them in Turkey with a new boulevard, and small restaurants, for nice walks to either Side or Çolakli.

We had fine weather (of course) and a super holiday in this luxury villa. Our 4 children (2 families) have played at the pool and at the sandy beaches every day and enjoyed it every minute. We had dinner at the many restaurants at walking distance. We have also bbqed at our balcony and watched the sun sink in the sea. Beautiful!

Normally we stayed in hotels but this is far better. Excellent beds, showers, good restaurants which we can choose from, privacy, directly at the beautiful swimming pool and same kind of people at this cosy park with only 15 villas. We have made friends at the pool and read a lot of books. We will return for sure next year. Our friends (we are 2 couples) have promised to join us again.
