The fully airconditioned apartment overlooks the pool and restaurant, making it perfect for families and has two bedrooms, a double and twn , one full bathroom, fully appointed kitchen, lounge with flat screen multi channel TV, and two balconies, both with views over the communal areas and to the Taurus mountains.
Outside
The feature of this community is its location, with raised unspoilt views across to the Taurus mountains. To comply with local law the density of buildings on the site is low, and they are not overlooked. The community is secure with manned gate 24/7. Alla, as the manager, is also available at any time to make sure your stay is a carefree vacation, assisting with booking any tours or events, etc. The apartment is within a complex that offers on site several amenities such as tennis courts which double up for football, three large outdoor swimming pools, children's pools, 2 heated indoor pools, sauna, gym, popular restaurant with bar offering good food and entertainment with sky TV, and adjoining children's park. All in spacious well manicured gardens.
Coast/Beach
The community is located in the small town of Ilica, close to Kumkoy sandy beaches, restaurants, shops and bars. Just a little further is the town of Side, and the large Turkish town on Manavgat, all must visit locations. A car is not necessary. There is a free luxury shuttle bus service all day, every day, taking you to and from the beach, SIDE , KUMKOY and other locations
Golf
The area is becoming a major worldwide golf destination with several worldclass courses within 20 minutes drive.
An ideal all year round destination.

We returned from our holiday on the 14th August.
There was a bit of confusion regarding the taxi pick up from the airport but it was sorted out with a couple of phone calls. The return pick up from the aprtment was excellent.
The apartment was great, although the description said it had a microwave and DVD which were not there - only a minor point.
Alla came to see us twice - not that we had any problems and we used your contact for one of the trips on the jeep safari.
We also used the card we purchased at one of the restaurants in old side where the food was excellent.
The apartments and where they were situated were excellent, I am not sure whether we would want to stay in Kumkoy with all the big hotels.
The staff and food at the apartments was also excellent - couldn't have asked for better. There were plenty of families around for our children and they were happy to go to the excellent pool most days.
Overall it is definitely a place we would return to.
