Side Retreat 313 is a fully equipped holiday home within this small fully refurbished secure community known as Green Apartments.
The big advantage of SIDE RETREAT is its close proximity to the West beach of Side , just 300 metres walk. One can then walk along the new beach promanade past a host of shops bars and restaurants into Old Side.
Consisting of a double bedroom and twin bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, smart bathroom, two balconies including a large balcony overlooking the pools, lounge with flat screen multi channel TV, DVD,CD and full time local manager to ensure a carefree vacation. The lounge has a sofa bed so the apartment will sleep up to 6 persons.
On site is a main swimming pool, children's pool and just 5 minutes walk will lead you to several restaurants and bars, shops, etc, and the excellent beach is just a little further, so you could not be better located.
Your booking payment is protected in a clients account until the end of your holiday.
Rates are from £195 per to 325 week. Will consider long term lets (over 1 month), short-breaks (4 days or fewer) and corporate bookings. A cot and high chair is available on request for between £15 and £20 per week for each item
Right place, right price, and great food on the doorstep. Great restaurant 2 mins walk where we are now treated like family. The apartment is newly refurbished with all new furniture, very comfortable with full air con in all rooms. Really great value for money. This location can’t fail.

I love Turkey, I love Side. The apartment is 5 mins from the beach where I like to spend my days. It is close enough to town, but far enough away so I get my beauty sleep. If you don’t fancy town there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Including the fantastic Umuts.

Well, what can we say! ? Fun, sun and rest. We have been back to Side 3 times now. Because the apartment is superb. The restaurants are still of a high standard. The promenade is now finished, so you can take a nice leisurely stroll along the scenic sea front.

Our apartment was in a good location, set in lovely gardens. Lemons, satsumas, figs and bananas, ready for picking. Eat in or eat out. What a choice of restaurants! Umuts, Pelican, Aquarius, Alremu, Apollo, come highly recommended.
Love the boat trips from harbour and local water sports. We love Side.

We are so happy that we chose to holiday in Side. Our cool, comfortable apartment was a short walk from the ancient ruins of Side old town. There is an Amphitheatre, old hospital, Apollo’s Temple where Mark Anthony proposed to Cleopatra. Next to it Apollo’s bar overlooking the historical harbour.
