This beautiful 3 bed spacious villa is located 15 minutes drive east of Side on a beautiful but small private community only 200 yards from the beach. The villa overlooks a large shared pool and offers the discerning guests a complete holiday destination
This is a very special villa. The perfect hideaway, close to a beautiful sandy beach, on a well planned community close to a village that is a throwback in time. Combine this with it's convinient postion just 15 minutes drive from the famous attractive resort of SIDE, with everything on hand to suit all ages, all types of holidays.
The villa has three large bedrooms on two floors, two great balconies, the top balcony with built in BBQ so that one can relax or party or dine enjoying magnificent views of the sea and the snow capped Taurus mountains. Overlooking a superb pool the villa is exceptionally well equipped throughout, so that guests lack for nothing and to top it all the uncrowded beach is just 5 minutes walk, where you can bathe in calm warm waters of the Med' or chill out at a selection of beach bars.
The villa is in a small community park known as Park Willemslad, next to the ancient village of Kizilot, yet also just off the main road to Side, Manavgat, Alanya and through to Antalya airport.
The backcloth view is that of the famous Taurus mountains, snowcapped in winter, and a great place to explore, kayak, walk, and ski, etc.
The region is steeped in history ( too many sites to mention here) with the remains of ancient civilisations everywhere. An historians paradise but also just as fascinating for the casual tourist.
The Antalya region enjoys a great all year round climate, 330 days of sunshine per annum, making it an all year round destination.Although in the vicinity of the villa we can recommend several excellent restaurants and bars, shop, etc, we strongly recommend SIDE as a must see and do resort. Open all year round, this once bustling Roman city still has a remarkable number of roman remains in good order, many wonderful restaurants, delightful harbour, shops, beaches, in fact just about everything one could wish for.
So if you want to chill out, or dance the night away, or sail, or kayak, or parasail, or shop , or spend hours visiting the Roman sites, or whatever your fancy, Side and the surrounding area has it for you.
As my wife said on her first apprehensive visit to Turkey " It knocks Spain into a cocked hat", and now she will go nowhere else. She was amazed at the quality of home, the food, the friendliness and the cleanliness.
