The apartment is fully air conditioned in the lounge and the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony and there is a 3rd balcony off the lounge. Each of the balconies has its own balcony furniture. All windows have shutters to keep the rooms cool.
The lounge has 2 sets of large patio windows enhancing the views and allowing a welcome through breeze during the hot summer months. A floor standing fan which can be used inside or out is also available.
The air conditioning units also have heating capability for the cooler winter months.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a large flat screen TV, Satellite box (please note that there are only a few English-speaking channels which includes BBC World News is) and DVD player.

The complex offers 2 outside pools during April to October and an inside, heated pool during November to March. There is also a sauna and jacuzzi located on the complex.
The complex facilities also include Tennis, Table Tennis, a Gym, a pool bar and restaurant (pool bar is open in high season only). In addition, during the summer months, films are shown in the evenings in the amphitheatre next to the restaurant.
A free shuttle bus runs from the complex several times a day during April to October to Side and Kumkoy towns and beaches, to Migros (the local supermarket) and on Mondays to Manavgat market and a few times a week during low season.
Wireless Internet access is available on-site; there is also an Internet Cafe just down the road.
There are local shops for buying groceries and an excellent fruit and vegetable market just down the road on Wednesdays.
There is a restaurant on site, another a few hundred yards down the road and many in the towns of Kumkoy and Side.
