Without doubt one of the most beautiful holiday villas in the area, this 3 bed home that will sleep up to 6 persons and has its own private pool in own gardens, a wonderful vacation choice for guests wanting something special .
As part of a small quiet community , consisting of just 18 homes with additional stunning shared communal pools and childrens pools, set back 200 metres from the main road between Belek and Kadriya and about 20 minutes walk into the town centre. You can see from the photos the luxurious standards of furnishings within the home to compliment the ideal location.
Being south west facing the pool receives sun all day and the patio is the perfect position for those evening BBQs and cocktails.
There are two twin bedrooms, although they do make up double beds , plus a third double bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool and garden. One of the twin beds has an ensuite jacuzzi bathroom and the double bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
There is a third shower room and a downstairs toilet.
Air conditioning in all rooms except bathrooms. These units are also heaters and there is a working fireplace in the living area if needed for winter rentals.
The villa sleeps 6 people comfortably with 1 double bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in each of the other two bedrooms, the two main bedrooms have en suites with showers whilst there is 1 other bathroom with large shower which is off the other bedroom.
IN THE KITCHEN, there is, microwave,combined F/F,gas cooker with electric oven, kettle and a washing machine, there is all the usual utensils, for 8 people, plates,knives/forks, glasses for drink, and mugs for coffee and tea. There is also a kitchen table which seats 6-8 people but this is usually situated outside for alfresco dining usually under the gazebo for shade.
IN THE LOUNGE, there is, 1 x3 seater and 1 x 2 seater settee, with 1 matching chair, with TV and DVD player. There is only BBC world and a couple of other English channels but sky television will be installed by the end of this year, 2011.MY VILLA, is on a large corner plot which is line with privet hedging and the garden area and patio are all secluded with large banana trees up the east side of the house. The villa pool and sun lounger area are a total sun trap with at least 12/14 hours of sunshine from dawn till dusk. The pool area has walk in steps and is safe for all ages to get in and out of, all rooms are fully air conditioned and the large living space is very comfortable, there is a beautiful balcony of the second bedroom which overlooks the pool and the very large communal pool area, and of the third bedroom there is small Juliet balcony which has stunning views towards the Taurus mountains.
OUTSIDE, there is a small terrace area with table and 2 chairs which is by the pool area, there is also a very large garden and patio area where there is 4 sun loungers with soft mat covers. There is no BBQ but I will be purchasing a gas BBQ in august. There is full wifi inside and outside of the villa, there are no beach towels in the property only face and hand towels in the bathrooms, Richard should I purchase beach towels for guests?
Access to the villa is through a private gate which is lockable, and there is a regular refuse collection at least twice a week and the main refuse bin is just across the road.
DISTANCE TO/ TOWN, 15mins walk, GOLF, 5 mins by car to at least 8 of the 13/14 fantastic courses in belek, BEACH, 5 mins by car, local shop only 5 mins walk for all essentials, bread, milk, newspaper, fruit ,veg, EFES BEER AND WINES AND SPIRITS.
